2 bed 2 bath 935sqft apartment looking for a sublease from my roommate. Year long lease beginning August but subleasing month to month is available now. Rent does not include internet or electricity. Internet is 35 a month for Google Fiber and electricity varies. Lovely and quiet neighbors, safe neighborhood. I have been here three years and would love to continue my stay for years to come.

A bit about myself~ I have a BS in Kinesiology and moved to KS from LA 3 years ago. I’ve been a Vet Tech for 4 years. I enjoy the outdoors, fitness, coffee, animals, beer, playing guitar, going out, drawing, anime, and music. I am very clean and quiet. I have a well behaved and well loved quiet dog and cat. They stay in my room when I am not around. My current roommate got an exciting opportunity as an Athletic Trainer for FC Cincinnati and he is moving out to chase his dreams. Me and him met on Roomster and got along wonderfully. I’ve had great luck finding lovely people to live with so far and am excited to meet you and answer any questions about the place or myself.
