Private furnished room in a quiet, clean home and safe neighborhood. Location is great as it’s in walking distance to restaurants, grocery, shopping, parks, post office, gas station, bus stops and more. It’s also only a 10 minute commute to Cosumnes River College, a Target and Delta Shores shopping center. And a 15 minute commute to Mid Town, East/West Sac and Elk Grove. You will have access to shared spaces which include living/dining room and kitchen. The bathroom is also shared. There is also private security and a community pool.

Hello, my name is Emily. I’m 35 years old and I work full time with autistic students. I’ve been living here for 4 years by myself but I’m looking for a temporary roommate to save up some extra money. I’m looking for a clean, mature and respectful roommate for about 6 months to a year. I have a medium size dog, her name is Zara. She’s a very sweet girl, mixed breed, who’s about 2 years old. Unfortunately I can not allow any other pets in my home as she likes to be the only fur-baby in the house. To give you a little more background about who I am as a person - I’m pretty down to earth and I have an outgoing personality and I’m happy to chat with you when we cross paths if you want, or if you want to be left alone that’s okay too. I don’t party and I don’t do drugs (I expect the same from you). I drink occasionally and I use cannabis to help me sleep sometimes (no smoking in the house) Some things I love are- animals, nature, food, music, traveling and sports. And my typical weekend hobbies include watching movies, reading, hiking, bowling and hanging with my dog.
