About the room

You have to have an okey credit and background check with the apartments to live here, and you’ll be put on the lease. So don’t bother if your background stuff is all banged up or u don’t have a reliable job. The room is 12by12 with a large closet. The shared bathroom would probably be the main inconvenience for us. But if you’re like me and wanting to cut down on your coast of living for awhile it’s not a bad place to share. The apartment is a large one bedroom. I’m using the living room divided-off for my room. The dining room being made into a living room. You’d have the actual room. The apartment is big enough that it’s pretty comfortable this way. Come check it out if you’re unsure if it’s what you’re looking for. New carpets, and the Air conditioner and internet work good. It’s a pretty cool place to live. We’d be splitting the rent and the light bill– 355 each in rent and then around 50 each in light bill. Free water and Internet. No pets and it’s a no smoking building. At corner of Grand/ Camble.

About the roomies

It will be only you and me here. The place would be yours as much as it is mine. I’m real skinny, so if you’re real heavy don’t bother because we’d only torture each other with the air conditioner– been there done that and don’t want to do it again! I’m 45, don’t smoke, eat healthy, nonpolitical and I hate political correctness, I like rock music, I’m a commercial driver for Amazon, drink a little and smoke a little pot, I like hiking, nature and stuff like that, listen to music a lot. I make decent money but with the world on fire and the United States purposely being collapsed into a thirdworld Country, I want to lower my coast of living now before it’s too late to do any good. Which is why the room is for rent.
