About the room
This studio is located in the riverside area of downtown Sacramento. It is one block away from Urban Roots–a happening brewery–and about a 10 minute bike ride from midtown or the capitol. It’s a very spacious studio with a full size kitchen and a nice sized bathroom. The backyard is shared but the neighbors don’t really use it. There is no in-unit but the upstairs has one and you could ask to use it. If you are shy there is a nice laundromat 2 blocks away on T street.
About the roomies
There is an upstairs family with one kid and a shared wall neighbor who keeps to himself. Everyone is very nice. The nextdoor neighbor always takes out the bins for everyone.
