The room Is 12 x 10 FT big. 😀 Beautiful ceramic tile that looks like wood 🪵. Private entrance, private room, private bathroom, private closet, and parking in the street. WiFi 🛜 with your own router. Mini-fridge and microwave, fire extinguisher.🧯

You will received natural light from two windows . The room has a AC and heater vent as well. It also comes with a fan light. Can be furnished (full or twin bed, one night stands, desk and chair). No extra cost 😉

In only 5 min walking you will be able to enjoy the mountains and the hiking experience. Very nice and quite area. In the picture I am hiking with my family at the sunset 🌅.

You have 2 Postal Offices about 10 min from the property and we ask to have a POBox for all letters and packages 📦.

Close to main Hwy 60, 91, 15 . The house is in the County of Riverside, City of La Sierra Hills.

The last person living there didn’t smoke or had pet’s. No weapons, no drugs, no drama please.

We are a very devoted Christian Catholic family.

We want you to feel the most private you can be. You will have your own gated entrance with a nice view to the mountains 🏔️.

Is a very quiet neighborhood.

No overnight stay of friends please.🙏🏼

What time you come or leave the house is your business but the way you come back or with company is another story. ( enjoy your party outside and come back home alone to recharge please).
