You will received natural light from two windows . The room has a AC and heater vent as well. It also comes with a fan light.

In only 5 min walking you will be able to enjoy the mountains and the hiking experience. Very nice and quite area. In the picture I am hiking with my family at the sunset 🌅.

You have 2 Postal Offices about 10 min from the property and we ask to have a POBox for all letters and packages 📦.

Close to main Hwy 60, 91, 15 . The house is in the County of Riverside, City of La Sierra Hills.

No weapons, no drugs, no drama please.

We want you to feel the most private you can be. You will have your own gated entrance with a nice view to the mountains 🏔️.

Is a very quiet neighborhood.

No overnight stay of friends please.🙏🏼

What time you come or leave the house is your business but the way you come back or with company is another story. ( enjoy your party outside and come back home alone to recharge please).
