1 room with shared bath available for rent in a 3-bedroom house for 1 person (male or female) starting Feb-2024

• Close to Alma School Rd and Baseline Rd in Mesa

• Minutes away from Costco, Walmart, Fry’s, Starbucks, 7/11 and most other utilities

• Master room and 2nd bedroom occupied

• 1 room available for move-in -The available rooms have amazing natural light and a shared bathroom outside -Rents for individual room is $750 + utilities (not included in rent) -Utilities (electricity, water, trash, Wifi) will be split equally among all occupants

• Everything in the bedrooms will be removed.

• Empathetic personality, NO DRAMA (thank you ahead of time)

• NO KIDS, NO PETS

• Must be timely with rent, and bills, and have a stable income (credit/background check required)

• Must clean up after yourself, be generally clean, and respect our home :)

• Must respect quiet hours while roommates work from home, and also otherwise be sensible with loud music, etc. on weekends (and we will do the same for you!)

• No smoking inside the house, can smoke in the backyard

• Common areas include the living room, kitchen with all appliances, washer, and dryer, and backyard with some patio furniture and pool

• 2-car garage with one car space available and plenty of street parking

• Available to move in AFTER credit/background check ($60 application with the leasing company), which is needed before adding to the lease. This process takes ~10 days.

2 professional males living currently here. We have mixed work schedules as we work from home as well as office at different times. We keep the house clean and are quiet and respectful to each other. Rarely bring over guests or play loud music etc.
