Large master bedroom with attached ensuite bathroom available in on the top level of a split level 4 bed 3 bath. Room is large enough to contain multiple people. Rent is $1300/month. House is in a nice Lafayette area (Centaur Village North), backs to the Greenbelt trail, a block away from Waneka Lake Park, and near to Old Town Lafayette.
About the roomies
Current occupants are two men (one mid-thirties, one mid-twenties), one a quiet, independent software engineer and the other a more friendly engineering student. Both are friendly and easy-going and keep the place fairly relaxed. Once or twice a month, we do have regular board game nights which prospective roommates are welcome to join.
