House is in a nice Lafayette area (Centaur Village North), backs to the Greenbelt trail, a block away from Waneka Lake Park, and near to Old Town Lafayette.

Current occupants are two men (one mid-thirties, one mid-twenties), both engineer types (mostly keep to ourselves, but open to socializing when relevant) Previous roommate was similar and worked well, but would likely be compatible with anyone who doesn’t need close-knit roommates.
