Looking for a respectful roommate to share a house in downtown Mesa:

Location: Downtown Mesa, between Country Club drive and Mesa drive, and between Broadway road and Main street (it changes name to Apache in Tempe), close to the light rail train, which takes you to downtown Tempe, Arizona State University (ASU) main campus and downtown Phoenix. Three blocks from Benedictine University. Four blocks from Northern Arizona University (NAU) Mesa campus. Close commute to Mesa Community College, Grand Canyon University, East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT), CRAS (Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences), Rio Salado College Southern campus, and Southwest Institute of Montessori Studies.

The room is private, but the restroom, kitchen, living-room, dinning-room, laundry-room, etc. are shared. The house has central AC, which cools down the house, including this room. Deposit: $500 refundable deposit, plus $200 non-refundable move-in fee.

The room is unfurnished, but if you need to, I could get it lightly furnished (we can talk about it), the rest of the house is furnished. He have washer and dryer, and two fridges. This is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home; so the room is private, but you will have to share a restroom.

The room is available right now, because my roommate moved out of state because of his job.

No pets, no exceptions, no matter how well behaved yours is. No drugs, no smoking, no heavy drinking. Sorry this is not a party house. You must have no criminal record, nor evictions. Sorry, no overnight guests. Please text me me if you have any questions, and to get to know each other a bit; and if we think we could be good roommates you would be welcome to come see the house and our spare room.

I’m a young professional, and my roommates are responsible students and one other graduated engineer. We don’t hang out much with each other, we are all busy with our own lives; however being kind and respectful whenever we see each other in the common areas is a must. Make sure you clean after yourself. The environment of the house is quiet and peaceful.
