It’s just me, my cat and a few fish. We are clean and quiet. I’m disabled and only work part time. You must pass the hoa background check. I will deduct that fee from your 1st months rent because it’s non refundable and not cheap. It keeps the complex safe. I want to be as fair and transparent as possible.
