I have 2 upstairs bedrooms for rent.

The house is located in a Denver historic neighborhood and is walking distance to shops and restaurants on S. Broadway, the Alameda Station Light Rail Stop, Safeway and Wash Park.

The rent is 1k/month for each room and this includes utilities. The only rules are clean up after yourself and pay rent on time. You must be employed and respectful.

There is laundry on site but if you need to do more than 2 loads/week you will pay extra or take it to a laundry mat. There is one around the corner.

Please note BOTH rooms are unfurnished. I am painting the room that looks semi-furnished [dresser, bed, etc. in photos] and will update the photos once finished painting.
