Hello, I have a room and private bathroom available in my 3 bedroom duplex. I live here alone and have my 2 kids half the time. They are under 10 and very respectful well behaved kids. Only spend the night a couple nights a week on the weekend. Room is medium sized fits a dresser desk and full size bed no problem. Bathroom has a stand up shower, place is remodeled and has nice appliances. Washer/dryer in the garage. Storage available if needed. Own fridge in the garage if you want to separate your food. I work full time but I’m home at night a lot. I was divorced last year, just looking to save some money on rent so I can buy a house in a few years. I’ve been here two years and plan to stay at least 3 more. Decent neighborhood with good neighbors. Big back yard, patio to chill on.
