We have a three bedroom modular home . The community is safe crime free zone quiet and tranquil Beauty with nature everywhere with a community pool overlooking a beautiful lake free fishing allowed in our lake the room is fully furnished with a private bathroom and walk in closet in room laundry in unit shared kitchen and main living quarters there is a beautiful sun porch and parking is available under carport we are asking 600$ a month if you want to do a 12 month lease 650$ if you wanna do a 9 month lease and 700 $ for under 9 month lease there is a 300 dollar security deposit if you cannot afford security deposit we can work something out we are not out to rip off people or scam people we are here to help

Me and my husband are a fun outgoing couple we have two small puppies and two kittens so you must be pet friendly and expect to get lots of love and kisses from puppies we are looking for a roommate that likes to go out and do things and enjoy life and have some fun and we are looking for someone that is like us and just wants to enjoy life drama free and live life to fullest and have fun
