Hi, I am a male NYU student looking for a person to takeover my lease from February to August.

It is a luxury apartment located on the 48th street near times square. It is consisted of 3Bed/2BR, and I am looking for someone to sign up for bedroom 2.

I want to sell it really soon, so if you sign up by the 28th, I am willing to pay half or more of the first month rent.

The rent is $2200/month, and if you sign, I can pay the electricity fee and water charge.

There are two more roommates that are living in the Master room/Flex room.

• Fully furnished with new items (Full-sized bed frame+new mattress, desk, chair, drawer, lamp)

• Clean heater/AC

• Kitchen utensils

• Laundry machine, dryer, lounge, gym, swimming pool, rooftop

• 24 hours concierge

• Parking lot

• Walk 2 mins to Subway 49st / 4 mins to Subway 50st  (A,C,E,N,Q,R,W / 1,2)

• Walk 2 mins to Times Square, Broadway

I am a NYU student and I am willing to sell this ASAP as I am volunteering for the military service starting from next month.
