Hello, I have a separate room, with private bath for a professional/student. [No Couples Please]
The room has : Refrigerator, microwave, gym bike, smart tv, wifi, individual AC, side strong fan. Washer dryer in house (one time a week). It’s has separate entrance, nothing to do with main house.
The area has all the amenities around like Stator Bros, food. The house is approximately 5miles from UCR. 2.5miles from downtown. 1.8 mile from the new Jurupa business complex.
I myself am a professional , very laid back person. The house/room is present in a quiet neighborhood, with a Beautiful scenic dusk/dawn view.
