Riana's room

1 bedroom available in a 100 year old home. Located in Adams Morgan on a quiet, tree lined street. Bus stations at the end of the block and 10 minutes walk to red line, 15 to yellow and green. The main entry level has the kitchen, living room with 2 seating areas, dining room with seating for 6-8 people, foyer, 1 full bathroom and a small office/mud room. The top floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a studio apartment. Price includes all utilities, WiFi and a monthly cleaner. The basement has a large washer and dryer. We do not allow smoking inside the house, parties or large gatherings.

It is a very large space, there are 3 roommate’s currently and it’s quite peaceful. 1 roommate works for the French embassy, she’s in her late 20’s and has been here 8 months. She’ll probably stay for 2 years total. She is warm, charming and plays lots of co-ed group sports. The second roommate is a mid 20’s guy working for the Swedish chamber of commerce. He’s been here for 4 months and will stay a year. He’s got a very friendly demeanor, could chat with anyone and is quite well-read. The third, from the US, went to school in DC and now manages night clubs locally. He is a huge movie, book and music lover when he’s got the time. The chemistry in the house right now is really chill and it’s been quite fun. We all communicate often and do things together and for each other.
