Kimberly's room

Located in the Lake corner of Lake, Osceola, Orange, and Polk counties, this room is close to local attractions (especially Disney). If you are a Cast Member, the drive has a few options. We are also close to medical facilities, downtown Clermont, Winter Garden, Champions Gate, and the up-and-coming Olympus. The house is being renovated, however the room to rent is the best in the house. Rent is lower than would typically be asked, for now, due to renovations. Increase in rent will be discussed as renovations near completion. The backyard is fenced in.

The home already has two cats and a dog residing here, but they are willing to meet with any pets you may have in order to consider cohabitation. I am a woman working from home. The house is quiet unless the dog barks or the TV is on.
