This is a master bedroom with master bathroom, and large walk-in closet. You can share the room with a friend to split the cost if wanted. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home. It is furnished, but can be unfurnished if needed. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. You’d have access to a community pool, and green park, and is walking distance to downtown Gilbert.

Our 19 yr old nephew is currently living in one room. He is very nice and quiet. He works a lot and isn’t home much, but is very clean and pleasant to be around. We have a second roommate, very nice and works a lot also, not home much.
