This home is 1200 sq ft. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I currently have a fully furnished small room available for rent. The room measures approximately 9X9 feet, with a closet. High windows and a ceiling fan for added privacy and comfort. You’ll also have access to a living room, kitchen, laundry room and shared clean bathroom. Wi-Fi and utilities included with rent. There is a non-refundable 400.00 deposit fee and a monthly charge of 800.00 due in move in date. The house is also conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The neighborhood is peaceful and traffic is not heavy.

There are currently 2 male seniors living in this home and were looking for a third to join. We both work full time and friendly, peaceful, quiet and easy to get along with. We seek a quiet roommate who won’t disturb our peace as we sleep during the day and work nights. Other qualities we seek are as follows: -Cleans up after themselves. -Is considerate to others when using restroom. -Is considerate to others when using laundry room. -Treats and cares for the home as if it was theirs. -Is respectful to all other roommates.
