The room has a smart lock keyless entry using FOB or finger print, high windows and a ceiling fan for added privacy and comfort. You’ll also have access to a living room, kitchen, laundry room and shared clean bathroom. Wi-Fi and utilities included with rent. There is a non-refundable 400.00 deposit fee and a monthly charge of 750.00 due in move in date. In the kitchen you will have access to a locked and secure food storage space accessible using a card. There are indoor and outdoor security cameras installed only in common areas . The house is also conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The neighborhood is peaceful and traffic is not heavy.
