One sunny bedroom with cathedral ceilings and two large windows on second floor, available Feb.1. $1275.00 (12ftx20ft). Shared bathroom. The house is conveniently located on historic Walnut Ave. in downtown Santa Cruz, but tucked away from street traffic. We are a short walk from town and close to the UCSC campus. I am looking for someone mature, reliable, and easy to get along with. This is a quiet non-smoking home.
The house has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. One bedroom is my office. There is a modern kitchen, cozy living room, deck and laundry room
A cleaning lady comes every other week.

About the roomies
You will be living with the owner. I am a therapist connected with the University. And my 21-year old son, who is a Cabrillo student and avid surfer. He is out a lot. And we have a friendly cat Magnolia.
