About the roomies
We are a middle aged couple working from home, empty nesters. Majority of the time we are on our own, sometimes the kids come to visit. 3 bedrooms are always empty so decided to rent out 2 rooms in the house. We mind our own business and are looking for respectful working tenants. Pets not allowed. No smokers.
