This 2023 Class C RV will become available for rental starting February 15, 2024. Lease options include weekly or month-to-month arrangements, with both parties having the option to terminate the lease at the end of each month. Rent payments are due on the 15th of each month, and any delay beyond that date may result in non-renewal of the month-to-month lease. For weekly rentals, payment is expected on the first day of the rented week.

The monthly rent is $1300, while the weekly rate is $325. The RV is situated on a fully fenced 2.5-acre lot, shared with my family. It is imperative that the RV remains stationary. Please note that dogs are present on the property, and only owner-owned dogs are permitted.

The RV features a king bed, as well as 2-3 additional beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The RV is connected to the main power supply, and electricity and water costs are included in the monthly rent. This RV also has a TV already built inside and a TV built outside as well.

Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 3 people, and prospective tenants will undergo a thorough background and credit check before the lease is finalized. Those interested in viewing the RV are encouraged to contact me to make necessary arrangements.
