The apartment is located about 10 minutes from the Arden Mall, about two minutes from the freeway, and less than 10 minutes from the shopping center on Truxel. The spare room is pretty spacious and located on the second floor. Water is included in the rent but the internet, electricity and renter´s insurance will need to be split every month.

Hi! My name is Jessica and I am looking for a new roommate in the next couple of weeks. I am an introvert, extremely quiet and enjoy my own space. My current roommate was great because she was pretty similar to me. Lol The original reason my previous roommate and I separated was because she kept bringing a certain individual over and listening to them at night was not a good experience, so much so that I spent numerous nights in my car to escape it. I´m hoping to avoid that. I am currently single and am not interested in dating so bringing anyone over will never be an issue unless it´s a family member. When I´m not working, I take online courses, play piano, read books, and watch K-dramas/anime. The other tenants are pretty chill for the most part and aren´t bothersome, as well.
