We are in close proximity to the best parts of C’Ville located approximately 2.3 miles/10 min drive from UVA.

Your 10.5x9ft bedroom will have a plush queen bed, a set of linens and a duvet for the colder nights. As well as a 3 drawer dresser and ample closet space. A keyed lock to your room will also be provided.

The property is kept at 70° around but a space heater can be provided and the room is equipped with a ceiling fan.

The townhome will be shared with a female in the master bedroom (who has her own full bathroom) as well as a third, single female occupant that will share your restroom in the future (other room not rented yet).

There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living space.

We require a 650+ credit score, no prior evictions, and being comfortable with a professional background check.

Currently, there is just one other professional female in the master bedroom with her own bathroom. She is very quiet and keeps to herself. Once/if we decide to seek a 3rd female roommate, the bathroom would be shared with her. She would have the same requirements.
