About the room
We have 2 bedrooms with a bathroom for rent by Lake Pflugerville. The bathroom will be shared by the tenants who stay in these 2 rooms. The monthly rent for a larger bedroom is $900 and $800 for the other bedroom. Each bedroom can be rented separately. Utilities are included in the monthly rent. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the house and furnished with a brand new full size mattress and bed-frame. Spacious closets and storage. The house is located in close proximity to Costco, Walmart, Ross, movie theater, restaurants and etc. Light cooking only. Tenants are welcome to use our washer and dryer (laundry supplies not provided). Security deposit is required for each room. Applicants are subject to background check and will pay for background check fee. AVAILABLE NOW.
About the roomies
