Located in the Waverly at Las Olas - 5 to 10 minute walk to Las Olas Blvd and Riverwalk. I currently rent the room and looking for a replacement for remainder of lease! Waverly building has amazing amenities including gym, pool, front desk reception 24 hours. This room includes your own reserved parking spot inside the secured parking garage.

Currently my roommate and I rent from the owner of our condo unit (private). However you would need to fill out the Waverly HOA app online (it’s pretty easy and I am happy to help with this process)

Your roommate would be a young working professional with no pets. He has his own bathroom and is a very responsible and open roommate. He identifies as queer and is open to any gender. Mostly hangs out in his room but is very friendly and sweet. Honestly he’s been the most roommate I’ve had
