About the room
I have a 3 story, 3 bedroom townhouse. The basement bedroom and living area is occupied by a quiet male who does work evenings. The top floor has 2 bedrooms each with it’s own bathroom, & laundry. I am renting both for $1250. Could be for 2 people or 1 bedroom can be an office. The main floor is a shared kitchen and living area but current tenant rarely uses. This is most likely a short term rental 1- 3 months.
About the roomies
Current tenant is about 30 with an evening job. Quiet but does have a girlfriend who is there sometimes. He does not use livingroom or kitchen much. Bills would be split with him, but water is included. Plenty of outside parking. Garage space negotiable
