For rent, furnished room in 3 bedroom home in Arbors, lots of parks, quiet neighborhood. Only you and myself will live in home. Looking for roommate who is clean, honest, cooperative, friendly, who is good communicator. Room is furnished, with phone and cable hook ups, new roommate can discuss if they have furniture they want to move in. Hallway bathroom with tub/shower/toilet/sink is for your exclusive use. Kitchen shared between us. I have a doodle, 3 cats, and 2 chickens that live in the garden. The home has a large garden and gazebo. No smoking, no pets, not handicap accessible. First month is a trial. If we get along and the situation works, I request a deposit, (2nd and last month’s rent) and a 6 month minimum lease. Street parking/driveway parking. Rent includes utilities.

I live in the home. I’ve been a resident of SLO since I went to Cal Poly. I love plants and my garden reflects all the time I spend outside. My pets are friendly and love everyone, but do not need to be allowed into your room. You’ll have a key for your door, so you can make your space as private as you’d like.
