Must be clean and tidy, willing to follow a cleaning schedule, and LGBTQ+ and BIPOC friendly. Requirements: Show you can pay rent (stable income, personal or family funds, etc.) International-friendly setting so credit-score is not necessary. That said, if there’s anything you can provide to vouch for your rental background (landlord reference, past proof of rent payments, etc), it’ll be taken into account.
