This property, “Dream”, could easily and eventually be set up as a duplex but is pretty open to everyone in the house. There are 2 master bedrooms, one I am in, and the other is vacant across from me. I currently have one roomie upstairs that is moving out Feb 1, 2025 with another vacant room across from it with a full bathroom in between. We have enjoyed our privacy in our individual rooms but occasionally share the common area spaces that include; furnished living room, furnished dining room, furnished patio, and huge backyard.
