I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a sun filled room in Jersey City right next to Grove Street Path Station. Walking distance -> Newport Mall, Liberty State Park, and a newly opened Whole Foods. Room is very quiet on a 4th floor walk up with one other apartment on our floor. The apartment has a shared bathroom and plenty of storage space throughout. Rooms are on opposite ends of the apartment so plenty of privacy. Room has exposed brick, non-working fireplace, and high ceilings. Price is unbeatable for this area. It would be a 5 month lease starting March 1st with the opportunity to sign for a year in August.
