Hello all, listing a private master bedroom with a custom, tiled and shower tower (does have jet sprays, waterfall, wand, front shower features and a normal shower head from up top) bathroom where the location is right off 408. We are 10 mins from downtown. All utilities are included in this newly remodeled house with off street parking.

About the room: Furnished with TV (includes Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime, and Max. For local channels we can add an antenna that picks up everything), private room and your own bathroom, a nice closet for your things, and a digital lock on your room.

About the house: 2 other tenants live in the front, we blocked the back off for our own living area. The tenants are female teachers abroad that work with disabled children. Front door is a digital lock, ring security, newly renovated with a shared kitchen using stainless steel appliances, all cookware included for your use. I cook, has a coffee bar and tons of accessories to cook whatever you desire. Newer washer and dryer in garage.

Why available? Tenant had medical issues, he was also a teacher and returned to his home country.

First and last month security deposit, background check required, can go month to month or yearly on lease. Must be employed, guests okay as long as they don’t pose any type of risk to the other tenants. No pets.

Friendly and nice teachers on a work visa, one has two jobs and is home very little during the week.
