No pets, no kids, no couples. Unfortunately, we would not be able to accommodate.

Ideal housemate is female, gentlemen are still welcome to apply. We are searching for an individual who is; respectful, clean, LGBTQ friendly, 420 friendly and comfortable with smart house tech including Alexa.

Any potential tenant candidate will be subject to background check, credit check and proof of employment.

There are three other housemates; 2 males one female working professionals between age 27-37. The available room shares a bathroom with one of the gentlemen housemates.
