About the room
I’m the owner of a duplex and reside in the upstairs unit. It’s a simple 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Washer and dryer located in the unit, the property does have an unheated garage where you can store things if need be, and a pretty good sized back yard.
About the roomies
Currently it’s just myself In the upstairs unit. I work 6 to 430 fri-mon. Im a pretty quiet and laid back guy who just likes to chill and watch tv when im not working. I do vape in my house but do not smoke. Rent is somewhat negotiable.
