Fully furnished private bedroom with hardwood floors and plantation shutters for rent in 2,200 sq ft home. Internet and utilities included. The room is 16’ x 10’ with a double bed and a very comfy mattress, dresser, flatscreen t.v., desk and compact fridge. It gets a lot of light but can be made dark as needed.

Totally remodeled shared bathroom is right outside bedroom door. It has a shower and double sink, and is barely used.

We have an Interior laundry room, kitchen, multiple dining areas, a living room with a 65“ t.v. and a family room with a 75“ t.v., reclining Lazyboys and a fireplace – all available to share. One driveway parking space included.

There is a brand new 5-ton AC unit, new kitchen appliances, new furnace and new 50-gallon water heater. Our large backyard has a huge deck, lots of mature fruit trees, and a small space of your own to grow a garden if you’d like. The entire exterior is nicely landscaped.

We’d like to rent to a single person who is honest, safe, responsible, has a positive, polite manner and is respectful towards us and the home. Vaping is allowed. No smoking, illegal drugs or problematic addictions. Ideally you work or attend classes outside the home.

You can choose to interact with the family (share some meals, etc.) or keep to yourself. No long-term rental agreement necessary, but a minimum of 3 month stay is preferred. 30-day notice is required prior to moving out. First + last month rent up front. House is cleaned weekly by owner.

This is a well-established, extremely safe neighborhood near city center. City Hall, Skipolini’s, La Costa, Black Bear Diner, bus stops and groceries are all just a 5-minute walk away. There’s a walking /jogging/ bike trail along the Delta that’s 3-minutes away. Antioch BART is 7 minutes by car. Diamond Hill Gym is 10-minutes by car. Los Medanos College is about 15-minutes by car. We’ve lived here for over 20 years. We’re asking for first months rent and security deposit of $990 at move-in.

We’re a family of 3 adults (2 men, 1 woman), mainly working professionals who leave very early for work. We have a lovely 4-bedroom, two-story home with large living spaces to share. We like cooking/grilling on the deck, music, going out with friends and travel. We’re respectful of when others need quiet time to sleep or study, etc.
