This rental will be a month-to-month lease. You will be living in a finished basement carpeted. You will have your bathroom on the 3rd level and a shared kitchen on the second floor. No extra guests are to be in the home. electricity, heat, and gas if you will use the washer and dryer which are located on the 3rd floor it will be an extra $75 each month.
