Solar, trash, and internet included in rent; tenant will split SCE bill (if applicable), gas & water bill. Cleaning service for the house every two weeks is also included in the rent. Tenant will be responsible for own bedroom/bathroom cleaning. Security deposit and the first month’s rent due at the time of signing. The house is a beautiful property, therefore looking for a tenant who will treat it with respect.
