I have a master bedroom with an attached bathroom and huge walk in closet for rent in Dana Point. Available: Feb 1st Rent is $1800 per month + equally split utilities Security deposit of $1250 Lease: month-to-month. Apartment is located in the beautiful Ritz Point communities. It is a safe, gated community less than 10 minutes from the beach. I am looking for a roommate that does not work from home. I am a waitress and a full-time student who is currently applying for nursing school. In my free time I like to hang out with friends, read, go to the gym, and the beach when it’s warm. I like to keep things clean and I am respectful of mutual living areas. I mostly like to have alone time when I am at home, but wouldn’t mind chatting if we were to become friends.
