URGENT!!! need of someone subleasing my room in my 5 bedroom apartment at The Collective apartments in Lubbock. The apartments are super close to campus (overton area), apart of the TTU bus system, and close to many restaurants too! The clubhouse and pool were also just updated and have multiple study rooms, a new huge workout room and yoga room! Looking for a female applicant as the other roommates are females as well. Also preferably ages 19-24. You’ll have you’re own bathroom and will come unfurnished but can asked to be furnished if necessary. The rest of the apartment is furnished and has everything you need!
