This townhouse is located in Forest Lakes, a safe neighborhood. This property is located about 15 minutes from UVA and walking distance from a grocery store and multiple restaurants. You will have access to the Forest Lake’s pools, gym and tennis courts.

My name is Anna, I’m attending the ASU online psychology program. In my free time I enjoy being outside. Good music is always appreciated. I have a 60 lb pit-mix named Coco. For most of the day Coco lazes around the house. However, she sometimes has bursts of energy and does zoomies around my room. She is not aggressive at all, only playful at times. Coco LOVES to cuddle. Whenever I am not home, Coco will be in her crate.

My name is Carlos, I am attending ASU online and studying business administration. I am a cosmetologist, I really enjoy anything to do with beauty. I enjoy spending time with those I love on my free time. A fun fact about me is that Niko is with me 80% of the time. Niko is a 1 year old, 6 pound chihuahua doxin mix, she is super cute and friendly but she takes her time to get to know people! Overall she loves and enjoys being with other people and loves to cuddle. Niko will be in her crate anytime I am not home.

My room mate and I are big on respect and cleanliness. If theres anything that ever bothers you, we want you to feel comfortable talking to us because we care about how you feel. While there is NO smoking in the house, we are cannabis friendly as long as it’s outside. We regularly smoke outside.
