One hour north west of L.A. and one hour south west of Bakersfield, in the beautiful pine forest of Los Padres, room for rent $800 + $800 deposit and property manager’s application (small fee) and hard credit check. Your rent includes all utilities, water, trash, electric, propane, and wifi. Washer and Dryer, stainless steel appliances. Also, full access to swimming pool and jacuzzi late Spring through mid Fall, 9 hole golf course ($5 a game for members! $10 for cart!), tennis / pickleball courts, gym, restaurants, bars, absolutely stunning views of pine mountain forest surrounds you, hiking including a waterfall hike, family friendly, amazing events year round, etc.. this truly is a Mountain Utopia and most of above is 10 min. flat walk from the house!

Looking for a single business professional that works full time away from the home or a single mother with one small child will be considered. Also ideal if you go out of town one weekend a month as I also do and so we would each have the house to ourselves at least one weekend a month. I will allow a very rare overnight guest if we are the right fit and I know and approve of the person.

You will need to have good credit and property manager will require an application fee and credit check after I decide if we are the right fit for living arrangements. Please note: we will need to speak over the phone and then meet in person first before I give my address out or show property to you for safety purposes only. Move in date ideally March 1 but if you need a place sooner, I choose you to rent room, and you qualify through property manager then I will consider sooner move in date.

I am a full time single mom, work full time with a ‘tornado’ toddler - lol - he’s not that bad at all, he’s quite sweet and wonderful actually - just a good nickname cuz kids have so much energy!! We are super fun and happy but super chill too. I have a very earthy, quiet, laid back = but super clean envioronment with stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer. The larger bathroom with the tub is connnected to the larger room I am renting - but my son and I both take quick baths in the evenings and I will share that bathroom with new roommate.
