Utilities: Internet is $20/month and electricity is split evenly among the roomies. Living room and kitchen area are shared spaces. Two full bathrooms will be split between 3 people. Full size washer and dryer. Inground swimming pool available during the summer months. Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

The property is a duplex and there is currently no one renting this side. The other side of the duplex (which is a completely separate living environment) is currently occupied by young (30-36 years old) male professionals. No smoking or drugs. No pets.
