This property is a 1,440 Sq Ft home w/ a basement. There are 4 Rooms and 2 Baths, and a backyard parking spot, so there’s no worries about plowing!

I (32m) work as a Realtor & Leasing agent, So I am usually in my room working or playing video games when I am not at my job. My fiancé (33F) works as an assistant teacher. Our 3rd roommate (22M) works construction most days and is usually upstairs.

We all tend to do our own thing and keep to ourselves but we often cook food for each other and socialize. We have a free use house, meaning almost everything is free to use in the common areas (PS4, TV, Cookware, ECT) so long as it’s respectfully cleaned/taken care of. We do not expect the same in return so we are fine if you’d prefer to have things you’d prefer not to be used.

We are looking for someone who is in their 20s/30s, clean, responsible, and friendly! We are all adults and do not need unnecessary drama. We’d prefer to have someone who doesn’t have any pets as we already have 2 dogs in the house. 420 friendly as long as you do so outside and not in the house/room.

This will be a Month-to-Month situation and will require at least a month in advance notice before moving
