Hey! I am renting out one bed room in a three bed room house. There is another bedroom in the house, it can be used as storage. The house is fully furnished, but please feel free to add whatever makes you comfortable. I do have a queen sized bed frame and mattress I can set up in the room, but you will just need to provide bedding. This will only be a temporary living situation until July 2024. The house has a washer and dry unit in the basement. There might be potential to extend the lease until the middle of October 2024, but I will make sure to have discussion with you if this is the case. NO PETS. Bills are not included in rent. Utilities (heat and gas) plus wifi will be split in half.

I work in the non profit sector and spend a lot of time at home during the winter. During the warmer months I spend time biking, gardening and at the farmers market. I do appreciate a clean space and no smoking inside.
