Room for rent in a 3BR ’16 Build. Plenty of parking, home has an office and a garage that can be shared/used depending on rent!

Rent price is flexible/negotiable based on which areas of the home the new tenant would like to utilize!

There are 2 roomies! Myself, Caroline, I’m a climber and work in video production! I work remotely from home, and spend quite a bit of time here, but also am very social and spend weekends/evenings outside.

There is also J, a male, who lives here and travels quite a bit for work! We’re calm, friendly, easy-going folks.

The home is dog-friendly, and there is 1 cat who lives here as a registered ESA. My preference would be no additional pets, but it is not a dealbreaker!

Women/LGBTQ+ folks are preferred, though Anyone of any gender identity is welcomed to reach out!
