Hi, my name is Arden! I’m 26 years old, and working as a chemist. I am looking for a roommate, preferably in their mid-to-late twenties, to share this townhouse with me.

My previous roommate is moving for work, so I am looking for someone to take over her portion of the lease beginning in March and continuing until July. You would be taking over (not subleasing!) her portion of our two-year lease for the last five months of that term. You would have the option to renew or renegotiate that 2-year lease in July.

What I’m looking for in a roommate: -Common sense courtesy - we should let each other know if we’ll have people over, clean up after ourselves, and be considerate of the other’s schedule. -Respectful of common spaces - keep common spaces clean (no need for spotless, just picked up and no dirty dishes) -Communicative - we should give each other a heads up if we’re having people over. I am the kind of person who recharges with alonetime, so I would prefer my home to be a relatively quiet and relaxing space. I would expect that we stay in communication and do our best to work around the others’ schedule.
