Two bed/two bath condo in safe gated community. Second bedroom and private bathroom (that also serves as guest bathroom) available. Property has tennis court and pools that residents can use. It is a quiet and friendly neighborhood near dry creek trail. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. Short and long term stays welcome!

I own the property and have a small dog. He goes to day care most days while I’m at work. I work 40+ hours a week, am up early and go to bed early. I’m looking for someone who will respect my home, clean up after themselves, and be friendly to live with. I have a small gym in the garage which can be used by resident for small monthly fee if desired. I’m happy to answer any questions. Please don’t hesitate to ask!
