Sublet of one private room w/private bathroom available in inner sunset in a 2b/2b apartment. Fully furnished. The room comes with a private bathroom accessible directly across from the bedroom. You will only need your suitcase 🧳- but I have some to borrow if needed 🤫 Dates available: May 1st, flexible move-in date (DM me for availability for your desired period) Looking for a clean, trustworthy individual who loves the extra light ✨ and thrives between plants 🌱 ~ so a big plus if you love to take care of them when I travel :) Short and long-term stays are available☀️ The apartment is in the sunset district between inner and outer sunset. Weekly rate: $600 Monthly $1800 Includes everything. Security deposit ranges between $1100 and $2300 based on the duration of your stay. More details~ About the apartment: This is a fully furnished home with a 2bed/2bath. The two bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the apartment, so extra privacy. The apartment is very spacious, bright, and comfortable 🌸 (especially in SF standards) located on the 3rd floor, facing south and east with big windows. The place has a big living room with a designated dining area with a dining table that fits 6 people. Double pane windows in all the apartment. The home comes with many musical instruments (keyboard, guitars…etc) and a record player with tons of awesome records to choose from. About the room: This bedroom is 12x12 and has a big closet with huge mirrors that make the room feel even extra spacious. The room has a queen-sized bed, a nightstand, bookshelves, a comfortable desk and chair, and a mini table. About the building: Bike storage available, coin/app operated washer/dryer in the building, and an elevator. Extra bike is available for use for free as well. Commute and Parking: Easy street parking. The apartment is on 19th Ave which is the main street between the highways that connect north and south. The N train line is 2 blocks away (the N line is the major line used in SF connecting the west to the east of the city) and Muni buses go from right under the building or two blocks away depending where you are going. About the area: Awesome restaurants, local cafes, and grocery are all within walking distance. 15 min bike ride to Ocean Beach. 15 min ride to Cole Valley, 7 min ride to the busy street on 9th Ave. and Irving St. 4 blocks from GGP. Pets: it’s a pet-free building, our little player 🐱 was approved by the landlord so please no more pets.
