Come and stay in my private residence that combines the space and privacy of an updated 4-bedroom home. My home offers a room that can remain furnished or be unfurnished for short- and long-term stays.

Mt Washington is a residential community, atop Highland Park, known for its scenic vistas and distinctive architecture making this one of LA’s most coveted neighborhoods.

Mountain views that are only 15 minutes from the Arts District of Downtown LA, historic Pasadena and authentic Silver Lake.

Included with the bedroom, is a separate private bathroom. A gym in the garage includes weights, elliptical and treadmill along with an entertainment room so you can have privacy to watch tv in your own setting.

I am only renting one bedroom out, but if you have a friend and would like to take a second bedroom, we could discuss that option.
