Classic Hollywood Hills home on a quiet cul de sac. House has 3BR’s, 2.5baths, w/ upstairs/downstairs. Hardwood floors throughout. 2 large brick patios. Fully furnished guest room has en suite bathroom and walk in closet w/ queen bed, dresser, desk. On first floor while primary (owner’s) bedroom and office are on second floor with separate bathroom. Property is gated and very private. Easy access to freeways and 5 to 10 min max to Hollywood/Studio City/Weho/Silverlake.

I am a single, gay man with two fun, trained Australian Cattle dogs. I am a working professional in the entertainment industry and I primarily work from home out of my upstairs home office with occasional work travel. I am very social, easy going, neat, and like having nice things and taking care of them, including my home. I prefer a roommate situation where we can hang out and be social at home or out and about, but where we also have our own things going on separately from each other. Anyone interested MUST love dogs! I also prefer someone who works out of the house primarily. It will only be me and this person living in home.
