Available for 2 months and possibly an extra 2 weeks . Perfect find and great value if ur in need to move now and looking for a more permanent place . It’s a 1 bedroom apartment and i most likely will only be there only 1-2 nights a week 3 times tops atleast for the immediate future . So 4-7 days of the week you will have access to the entire apartment and can treat it as your own . Which of course comes with access to the kitchen which connects into living room. The bathroom is Very very spacious . Washer and dryer “ although dryer needs repair and currently waiting on maintenance to handle it . And also waiting for repairs to small section of my living room floor boards . But these things are in the common living area . No issues whatso ever with the bedroom . Lastly there is Currently no Wi-Fi though since I’m barely there. But Depending on how my new work schedule goes for me will determine if I’ll cover the Wi-Fi expense or if you will need to do so yourself if you in fact want or need access to it . I’m reasonable and fair . I rather take a trusty worthy person I don’t have to worry about then and extra buck for someone who I do need to worry about . 1st months rent and security Deposit will need to be paid upfront upon move in . Pictures of the room will be up by end of this week and room will be open to move in by the next week . I’m Aware some of u might be needing immediate shelter . I just have to make sure I find the right person for this set up considering I’d have to trust them to be here more than I would be and my own name being on the lease as the one to be held responsible . I’m from the area most of my life . Unfortunately I don’t have any family left so more often then not I’m with my partner and their family at a different location . Hence wasting money on my apartment while not using it . So here I am looking for a cool person to get a good deal for a room and more . Other than that I’m a simple person . Not much going on in the apartment . I’m easy going and just looking to help eachother with this service . Unfurnished is not even a accurate work for it . Lol but yea u would need to bring furniture for ur room or bed . And the rest u can make do with my chairs and one seater couch for living room . But open to ideas if I find the right person here. .
